Your first charge occurs when you complete enrollment. Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar date each month, automatically. You'll receive an email receipt each time a payment is processed.
If a payment fails, we'll notify you and give you 5 business days to update your payment method before your subscription is paused.
All medications are shipped directly from our compounding pharmacy to your door in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging. Your name is on the package — there is no PeptidesRx branding on the outside.
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after your prescription is confirmed, and arrive within 5–7 business days total.
Some peptides require refrigeration (typically 36–46°F) once received. Your shipment will include clear storage instructions and your provider will explain proper handling during your consultation.
