Welcome to PeptidesRx. By accessing our website at getpeptidesrx.com or using our telehealth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. About PeptidesRx
PeptidesRx LLC ("PeptidesRx," "we," "us," or "our") operates a telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed medical providers for evaluation and, where appropriate, prescription of peptide therapies. We are not a pharmacy — prescriptions are filled by our licensed compounding pharmacy partner and shipped directly to you.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be located in a state where our services are available
- Provide accurate and complete health and personal information
- Not be contraindicated for the requested therapy, as determined by your provider
3. Medical Disclaimer
PeptidesRx provides a platform for connecting patients with independent licensed medical providers. We do not practice medicine. The providers who conduct consultations are independent professionals responsible for their own clinical decisions.
Submitting a form or enrolling does not guarantee a prescription will be issued. Your provider will evaluate your health history and eligibility. If you are denied, you will not be charged for the consultation.
These services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis at the rate of your selected protocol as shown at the time of purchase
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
- You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee by contacting support@getpeptidesrx.com
- Cancellations must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge
- We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods
5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in on our enrollment form, you agree to receive text messages from PeptidesRx including appointment reminders, order updates, and (if separately consented) marketing messages.

- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
PeptidesRx is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending and receiving text messages.
6. Prescription Medications
All medications dispensed through PeptidesRx require a valid prescription from a licensed medical provider. Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of your provider based on your medical evaluation. It is illegal to use prescription medications without a valid prescription.
You agree to use all medications only as directed by your provider and to report any adverse effects immediately.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading health information
- Use our services to obtain medications for resale or distribution
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of PeptidesRx LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptidesRx and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptidesRx LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
