Welcome to PeptidesRx. By accessing our website at getpeptidesrx.com or using any of our telehealth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About PeptidesRx

PeptidesRx LLC ("PeptidesRx," "we," "us," or "our") operates a licensed telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed medical providers for evaluation and, where clinically appropriate, prescription of compounded peptide therapies. All clinical decisions are made exclusively by licensed, independent medical providers under the supervision of our Medical Director.

PeptidesRx is not a pharmacy. Prescriptions are filled exclusively by PCAB-accredited, licensed US compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to patients. We do not dispense medications directly.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

State availability: Our services are currently available in Texas, Minnesota, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, Arizona, and Hawaii. We are actively expanding to additional states.

3. The Telehealth Process

All PeptidesRx patients are required to complete a Good Faith Examination (GFE) with a licensed Nurse Practitioner prior to any prescription being issued. This is a telehealth medical consultation required by law and conducted through our GFE partner network. The GFE typically takes less than 5 minutes and is available on demand.

Following the GFE, your provider will independently review your health history and the results of the examination. A prescription will be issued only at the provider's sole clinical discretion. Enrollment and payment do not guarantee a prescription will be written.

All patient health records are stored in a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system. By using our services, you authorize PeptidesRx and its licensed providers to access and maintain your health records as necessary to provide care.

4. Medical Disclaimer

PeptidesRx provides a technology platform that facilitates connections between patients and independent licensed medical providers. PeptidesRx does not practice medicine and does not employ the providers who conduct consultations. Providers are independent professionals solely responsible for their own clinical decisions.

Compounded medications dispensed through our pharmacy partners are not FDA-approved. These services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

If you are denied a prescription, you will not be charged for the GFE consultation fee.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

PeptidesRx services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis at the price displayed at the time of enrollment.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Square, Inc. By providing your payment information, you authorize PeptidesRx to charge your selected payment method for the subscription amount shown at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Your payment information is encrypted and stored by Square. PeptidesRx does not store your full card details on our servers. All transactions are PCI DSS compliant.

7. Prescription Medications & Compounded Therapies

All medications dispensed through PeptidesRx require a valid prescription from a licensed medical provider. Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of your provider based on your medical evaluation and GFE.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in on our enrollment form, you consent to receive text messages from PeptidesRx LLC regarding appointment reminders, order updates, prescription notifications, and patient support. SMS is used solely for transactional and healthcare-related communications. If separately consented, you may also receive marketing messages.
